Dr. Ericka Harney, CFRE, GPC, CAE, CVA is a trainer, author, and nonprofit expert dedicated to nonprofit leaders' success. At Harney & Associates, she provides grant, fundraising, and governance expertise, with $33million in fundraising and grant awards. Ericka owns Brick City Books, is CEO of the Murphy Family Literacy Foundation, and is Assistant Professor at Future Generations University. She earned her PhD in Organizational Leadership, with a focus on Nonprofit, from Eastern University.
