Susan Schaefer founded her foundation grants-focused consultancy, Resource Partners LLC, in 2001.  Since then, she has been on a mission to help other budding consultants get on a fast track to success.  Susan co-edited of The Nonprofit Consulting Playbook and has facilitated workshops on this topic nationwide with Don Tebbe. 

After over a decade as a nonprofit executive, Don Tebbe started consulting in 1993 as a solopreneur. In the early 2000s, he co-founded a firm that grew into a seven-figure national practice. He sold his share of that business in 2013 and is pursuing an encore career helping leaders plot their next career move, including how to succeed as a consultant.
