In a COVID-19 world, nonprofit professionals have continued to shift their priorities, projects, working habits and team members. This can make work incredibly inefficient and difficult to manage. We’ll discuss better ways to become successful in a changing environment and think about the impact in the long-term. We’ll discuss what project management means, how to use specific actions to build better processes (in the short-term and long-term) and determine cost-effective solutions to combat your biggest project management challenges. There will be additional resources provided as well, which can be used immediately after the session.
