This webinar is an update of federal regulations that govern federally-connected funding. It would be appropriate for all skill levels, anyone who works with federal grants, pre-award and post-award, including funding agencies, recipients, subrecipients, consultants.


Presenter:
Karen Norris is nationally recognized in the grants community as a consultant and Subject Matter Expert for Kanoco Consulting - a Karen Norris Company in Delaware and Maryland. Previously, she worked in grants for Maryland educational institutions, and then as managing editor for a national publisher. Norris served on Boards of Directors of professional associations. She presents onsite and virtually at state, regional, and national conferences. Norris provided testimony to the Maryland General Assembly and a U.S. Senate Subcommittee about grants. She has served as a federal reviewer.
