From budget and application to close out – we’ll walk through ways to better manage grants and become a good steward of private funding. 

Presenter:

Kerri Borys is a senior specialist with Attain Partners, a leading consulting firm delivering services and solutions to advance client missions across the education, nonprofit, healthcare, and government landscapes. Kerri has 15 years of grants management experience with research and healthcare organizations. Her focus is on contributing to the design and implementation of grants department standards for post-award management and working with finance leadership to formalize internal controls. She holds a Master of Accountancy degree from Rutgers University and received her GPC in 2021. She is a founding member of the NCGPA chapter and served as the chapter VP and Programming Committee Chair from 2018-2019.
