Laura Talis is a grant writer at Catholic Charities of Baltimore and has 4 years of experience in writing grants for human services programs. She has a Bachelor of Arts in English and Law & Society from Hood College, as well as an Executive Certificate in Nonprofit Fund Development from the University of Notre Dame.
