This session will review tracking systems, process flowcharts and standards of work to manage grant funded projects in a large (or small) organization.

This workshop will benefit grant professionals who want to demonstrate the performance outcomes of their grant office as it relates to the organizational fundraising efforts, work collaboratively with other operational leaders in their organization for successful grant management, and streamline processes to build organizational capacity.


Presenter:

Ami Brown, M.Ed., CFRE, has a Bachelor's degree in Dietetics and a Master's degree in Community Health. She became a Certified Fund Raising Executive in 2018. Ami has been a grant professional for over 20 years at non-profits such as Cincinnati Children's Hospital, the YWCA of Greater Cincinnati, and currently at St. Elizabeth Healthcare. She is also an active member of the Greater Cincinnati GPA and the Chapter President.
