In less than 10 years, I have grown the grant office from a staff of one to a staff of 18.  This wasn't an easy task but with the support of metrics, dashboards and leadership support this became a reality.  This session will help support grant professionals grown their team and/or identify ways to increase support from the executive leadership team at their organization.
